A group of players come together to retell the Greek myth of Jason and the Argonauts. Through this journey the ensemble cast embodies a variety of different gods, kings, adventurers, and villains to retell the Greek epic in a way that embraces a child-like nature of story-telling. What was it like when the world was so young? What is was it like to hear these stories for the first time? Do we have any control over the version of our stories that gets told? These are the questions Argonautika begs its audience to ask through sorrowful, humorous, and wonder-filled journey of Jason and his Argonauts.
